  • How am I assured that my property is in safe hands?

    Our team is well equipped to look after your property legally, and we also carry out maintenance and inspection visits. So you can rest assured that your property is in the safest hands.

  • How often is maintenance carried out?

    A maintenance check would be carried out before the property is boarded on our platform. And also every 6 months

  • Do I still need a caretaker?

    You can choose to have a caretaker but it’s not necessary as we’ve already covered all grounds to ensure your property is well maintained and the tenant meets your specifications.

  • How do I prepare my home for onboarding?

    You tidy and declutter the apartment, remove all properties of the previous tenants and provide extra keys for the team that would be coming to inspect it. Make sure every utility is up and functional

  • How can renters view my property?

    Renters schedule a date which they would be available to tour the property, they have the option of a private or group tour. Renters can also view the property virtually.

  • Who do I meet with to onboard my property?

    You don’t have to “meet” with anyone. You can easily apply to list your property on our platform. Once you apply to list your property on our platform, our team would reach out to you immediately to schedule a date for the onboarding inspection
